John Falb, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Falb is Chief Financial Officer for College Loan Corporation. Mr. Falb is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury operations, the student loan and credit card finance strategy, and investor relations. He has managed the financial and legal structure of every CLC securitization ensuring solid execution and expansion of the Company’s global student loan investor base. Additionally, he established the short-term conduit facilities providing stable liquidity for loan funding operations. Mr. Falb most recently served as Treasurer of the Company with responsibilities including forecasting, cash operations and loan portfolio management. Previously, Mr. Falb was a financial consultant focusing on corporate valuation and acquisition. Prior to that, he was Senior Financial Analyst for BroadStream Communications Corporation where he co-managed a private equity offering. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.
