John Falb, President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Falb is President & Chief Financial Officer for College Loan Corporation. Mr. Falb is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations and performance. In addition, he also handles all matters related to finance, accounting, treasury operations, student loan finance strategy, and investor relations. Mr. Falb most recently served as SVP of Capital Markets and has managed the financial and legal structure of every CLC securitization, ensuring solid execution and expansion of the Company’s global student loan investor base. Additionally, he established the short-term conduit facilities providing stable liquidity for loan funding operations. He also serves as Treasurer and board member of Stop Child Predators, a nonprofit organization established to protect children and hold their victimizers accountable. Previously, Mr. Falb was a financial consultant focusing on corporate valuation and acquisition. Prior to that, he was Senior Financial Analyst for BroadStream Communications Corporation where he co-managed a private equity offering. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.
